General

What is RULE Longevity?

RULE Longevity is a Miami-based telehealth brand for provider-guided programs in weight, performance, recovery, hormones, sexual wellness, skin and longevity. You pick a program, complete a secure online visit, and a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether a prescription is right for you. If it is, a licensed US pharmacy ships your medication to your door.

Who actually prescribes the medication at RULE Longevity?

A licensed provider who is licensed in your state reviews your online visit and makes every prescribing decision. RULE Longevity does not practice medicine, and no program is automatic. If the provider decides a prescription is appropriate, a licensed US pharmacy fills it.

What programs does RULE Longevity offer?

RULE Longevity offers semaglutide and tirzepatide weight programs, sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione injections, PT-141, tadalafil, sildenafil, finasteride for hair, GHK-Cu copper peptide cream, progesterone and an estradiol patch. Testosterone therapy is planned and currently has a waitlist only. Every program starts with an online visit and a provider decision.

How does a RULE Longevity online visit work?

You pick a program, answer secure health questions online and pay at checkout. A licensed provider reviews your visit and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. If it is, a licensed US pharmacy ships your medication with a tracking link sent by email.

Is my online visit reviewed by a real licensed provider?

Yes. Every visit is reviewed by a licensed provider who is licensed in your state, not by software. The provider can ask follow-up questions, request records or decline a prescription if it is not right for you.

Do I need lab work before starting a program?

It depends on the program and your health history, and your provider decides. Some programs may need recent lab results or medical records before a provider can prescribe. If labs are needed, your provider will explain what to send.

What happens if the provider decides a program is not right for me?

No medication is prescribed or shipped, and the provider may suggest another option or recommend in-person care. If you cancel before a provider reviews your visit, you get a full refund. The decision is always based on your safety and health history.

Weight

Is compounded semaglutide FDA-approved?

No. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved. Brand semaglutide, sold as Wegovy and Ozempic, is FDA-approved. A licensed provider decides whether a compounded version is appropriate for you.

Can you still get compounded semaglutide now that the shortage is over?

Yes, in limited cases. The FDA declared the semaglutide shortage over in February 2025, which limits compounding. A licensed 503A pharmacy may still compound it for an individual patient with a documented clinical need, and your provider decides whether that applies to you.

What is the difference between compounded semaglutide and Ozempic or Wegovy?

Ozempic and Wegovy are FDA-approved brand products made by the manufacturer. Compounded semaglutide is prepared by a licensed pharmacy, often with B12 or glycine, and is not FDA-approved. Your provider can explain which option fits your health history.

How much is semaglutide per month in Miami?

The RULE Longevity Semaglutide Weight Program starts at $199 per month, with shipping included. Higher-dose price tiers are still being set, and your provider sets your dose. Your exact price is shown before you pay.

What are the common side effects of semaglutide?

How much does tirzepatide cost per month?

The RULE Longevity Tirzepatide Weight Program starts at $299 per month, with shipping included. Higher-dose price tiers are still being set, and your provider sets your dose.

Tirzepatide is generally not appropriate for people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, or who are pregnant. Complete the online visit to find out whether it is right for you.

Can I switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide?

Yes, a switch is possible if your provider decides it is appropriate. Tell your provider what you take now, how long you have taken it and any side effects, and they will set your new dose. Do not switch or combine medications on your own.

Who should not take tadalafil?

Can I drink alcohol with sildenafil?

RULE Longevity offers finasteride for male pattern hair loss only. Women who are or may become pregnant should not take it and should not handle crushed or broken tablets, because it can harm a male fetus.

Is online TRT legal in Florida?

Telehealth is legal in Florida, but testosterone is a controlled substance, so extra federal and state rules apply to prescribing it online. That is one reason RULE Longevity is planning TRT carefully instead of launching it now. A licensed provider will decide whether it is appropriate for each person.

How do I join the TRT waitlist?

Join the waitlist on the Testosterone Therapy page. Joining does not commit you to anything or mean you will be prescribed. A licensed provider will decide whether TRT is appropriate after a full visit.

Women's health
