Visit questions

How does a RULE Longevity online visit work?

You pick a program, answer secure health questions online and pay at checkout. A licensed provider reviews your visit and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. If it is, a licensed US pharmacy ships your medication with a tracking link sent by email.

Is my online visit reviewed by a real licensed provider?

Yes. Every visit is reviewed by a licensed provider who is licensed in your state, not by software. The provider can ask follow-up questions, request records or decline a prescription if it is not right for you.

Do I need lab work before starting a program?

It depends on the program and your health history, and your provider decides. Some programs may need recent lab results or medical records before a provider can prescribe. If labs are needed, your provider will explain what to send.

What happens if the provider decides a program is not right for me?

No medication is prescribed or shipped, and the provider may suggest another option or recommend in-person care. If you cancel before a provider reviews your visit, you get a full refund. The decision is always based on your safety and health history.
