Important safety information
- Commonly reported effects include flushing, nausea, headache, stinging where you inject and a feeling of chest tightness, especially if injected quickly.
- Injections go under the skin with a small needle, following the written directions that come with your prescription. Redness, stinging or a small bump where you inject are common. Never share or reuse needles, and use a sharps container.
- Prescriptions are filled only by licensed US pharmacies, because injectables made with unsuitable ingredients have caused reactions.
- Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed US pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed.
Prescription only. A licensed provider reviews your health history in an online visit and decides whether this program is appropriate for you. Tell your provider about every medication, supplement, allergy and condition, and whether you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. If you have a severe reaction, trouble breathing, chest pain or swelling of the face or throat, call 911.

What is an NAD+ injection?
NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use to make energy, and an NAD+ injection delivers it by a small shot under the skin. RULE Longevity offers compounded NAD+ injection, which is not FDA-approved. A provider decides whether it is appropriate for you.
How much is an NAD injection in Miami?
The RULE Longevity NAD+ Injection program is $249 per month, with shipping included. It ships to your home, so there is no clinic visit in Miami.
Is NAD+ FDA-approved?
No. Compounded NAD+ injection is not FDA-approved. It is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient with a prescription.
Are NAD+ injections better than an NAD IV drip?
Neither has been proven better, and they are different ways to deliver NAD+. Injections are quick and can be done at home, while IV drips take longer and happen in a clinic. Your provider can help you decide whether NAD+ fits your goals at all.
Does NAD+ help with energy and aging?
Human evidence that NAD+ injections improve energy or slow aging is limited. Some people report feeling more energy, but results vary and the long-term benefits are not proven. Your provider will review your goals before deciding.
