RULE Longevity is a brand of Rule Biologics LLC. RULE Longevity does not provide medical services. Care is provided by independent licensed providers, and prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies. When you start an online visit, the clinical platform's terms, telehealth consent and privacy practices apply.

Information this website collects

• Information you send through our contact or waitlist forms, such as your name, email, phone number, state and message.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records to run and secure the site, such as IP address and browser type.

This website does not use advertising pixels, ad tracking cookies or third-party ad networks.

How we use it

We use form information only to answer you, to tell you when a program opens, and to support your care. We never sell your information.

Health information

Your intake answers, prescriptions and medical records are created on the clinical telehealth platform and are protected health information under HIPAA. They are used by the licensed providers, care team and pharmacies who care for you, and as the law allows. The Notice of Privacy Practices is shown when you start an online visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the form information we hold. To do that, use our contact form. Health records are kept as state and federal law require.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
