How RULE Longevity billing works: self-pay monthly plans, cancel anytime, refunds and HSA or FSA eligibility.
When am I charged?
You pay at checkout in the online visit. Monthly plans renew every month on your billing date until you cancel. You can see your next billing date in your account.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the next month. Cancel from your account or by contacting support.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you get a full refund if you cancel before a provider reviews your visit. Once medication is dispensed it cannot be returned, because pharmacies cannot accept returned prescription medication.
Does RULE Longevity take insurance or HSA and FSA cards?
RULE Longevity is self-pay and does not bill insurance. HSA or FSA funds may be eligible for some programs, so check with your plan administrator before you pay.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from your account or by contacting us before your next billing date. There is no cancellation fee.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before a licensed provider reviews your visit, you receive a full refund. Medications cannot be returned once dispensed, because they cannot be safely re-dispensed.
